CANCELLED – Spiritual Water Bottles Outreach

Join A.Y and G.O. ministries as we go into the community in Service. We’ll be passing out ICE COLD water to help our neighbours beat this summer heat! + A.Y. in the Park. 

July 30th Spiritual Water Bottles Outreach
Meetup at 3pm in family life center
(I need a loud voice to call those interested to designated area)
We will have 5 groups of 4-8 group members each
We will be servicing 5 high traffic areas
Beltway 8 & Hwy 249- intersection (6-8 volunteers needed) cars for this area will be parked at Shell gas station…need 2-3 drivers
Fallbrook Drive & Beltway 8- (setup along Fallbrook Drive only and need 4-6 volunteers) cars park at Plaza nearby..need 2 drivers
Hwy 290 & Beltway 8 intersection- (8 volunteers needed) “dropoff first” then cars will be parked at “scholastic bookfairs” @ 7400 security way, 77040 which is located on U.S. 290 (2-3 drivers needed)
West road and Beltway 8 intersection- (6-8 volunteers needed) we need 2-3 drivers and cars will be parked at the nearby Kroger
Jones road and West road- (4-8 volunteers needed) 3 drivers needed and will Park at Kroger in Plaza nearby.
In case we need one more location: West Gulf bank road and beltway 8 “drop off”and park at Wilson Company, 7330 West Sam Houston Parkway North (4-8 volunteers and 3 drivers needed)

The referenced Beltway 8= West Sam Houston Pkwy

We still need donations of water, ice chests, and ice. Please wear white T’s, can I please get help with PR in locating names and numbers of all ministries in H.C. To get them involved?

We need to prep bottles on Thursday or Friday, July 28-29. What day can we get the fml opened to do this, anyone know?
Wear G.O. t-shirts July 30th at 3pm or white t’s.?
