Leading Change

Leading Change is about moving beyond simply following Christ to becoming leaders who empower others to do the same. Once we’ve been redeemed, we’re called to take the next step by leading and creating communities of disciples, just as Jesus did. Leadership in this sense is not limited to formal positions—it’s about anyone who has a sphere of influence, whether that be a family, friend group, or ministry.

In this model of leadership, the role of the father as the High Priest of the home is central. Just as Christ is our High Priest, the man is called to be the spiritual leader in his household, guiding his family in the ways of the Lord. This role is one of responsibility, sacrifice, and love. Fathers, husbands, and men are tasked with providing spiritual direction, leading in prayer, and modeling Christlike character.

Beyond the home, Leading Change empowers everyone to take up leadership roles. Whether leading an interest group, Bible study, or community project, each person is called to step into the role of guiding others in their journey with Christ. Leadership here is about serving, nurturing, and bringing people together in faith. As we step into these roles, we learn practical ways to lead with humility, love, and wisdom—mirroring the leadership of Jesus.
