Questions before you come?You’re welcome exactly as you are. You’ll see cultural attire, business attire, and business casual, alongside more casual styles, especially among younger members. There’s no need to match anyone else—wear what feels comfortable to you.
There’s plenty of parking on campus. On Saturdays, our neighboring company also welcomes church guests to park in its adjacent lot, giving you more room to find a space.
Our campus has two main buildings. Head to the main church building for Saturday Bible classes and worship, then make your way to the entrance on the right. We’ll be glad to welcome you in.
Families are welcome. We have Bible classes and ministry options for children and youth, including Adventurers and Pathfinders. Ask when you arrive, and we’ll help you find the right place for your family.
Our campus is accessible for guests with disabilities, with easy access to the church. If you’d like help planning your arrival or have questions about access, please call us before your visit.
281-890-1002Our second main building is the Family Life Center, also known as the gym. It hosts basketball and other activities. Other congregations or church plants sometimes use it on Saturday mornings; Houston Central’s Bible classes and main worship service meet in the church building.

Houston Central SDA Church was founded in 1900 by a small group of Adventist believers who gathered in a rented space above a downtown store. Over the years, the church grew into a vibrant, multicultural community of faith. Today, we continue this legacy, building on a strong foundation of Bible-based teaching, service, and fellowship. Pastor Federico Revollo leads Houston Central’s spiritual life and ministry, working with the pastoral team, elders, and church leaders to strengthen discipleship, care for families, and equip members to share Christ’s love.
He studied theology at Antillean Adventist University and earned a Master of Divinity at Andrews University. He and his wife, Rocio, have four children. He enjoys serving Jesus, spending time with family, and soccer.
Pastor Nahum Ismael Mendez serves children, youth, young adults, and families while sharing in the care of the whole congregation. His ministry connects discipleship and leadership development with practical service to our neighbors.
Working alongside the Lead Pastor, ministry directors, volunteers, and parents, Pastor Nahum supports young people as they grow in their relationship with Jesus, build community, and find meaningful ways to serve in the life of the church.
Our pastoral team’s shared goal is to equip the church to know Christ, grow in faith, serve with love, and share the gospel with purpose. Through prayer, Bible study, meaningful worship, and practical service, we seek to help every generation take an active part in that mission.
Nurture disciples through biblical teaching, prayer, worship, and mentoring. Support ministry leaders and help develop the next generation of church leaders.
Share the work of visitation, counseling, prayer, and support through illness, grief, and family challenges. Strengthen belonging and unity across generations.
Equip members to share the gospel and serve our neighbors through evangelism, community ministries, and the Food Distribution Pantry.
