This past week, our church community was blessed with an engaging and hands-on Cooking & Gardening Class that brought together learning, fellowship, and a shared appreciation for healthy living.
Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe! From the very beginning, the atmosphere was warm, interactive, and uplifting. Participants didn’t just listen — they experienced. The class walked through practical principles of gardening the right way, focusing on techniques that lead to the best outcomes, whether you’re growing food in a backyard, raised beds, or containers.
One of the highlights was seeing how fresh, organic, home-grown produce can be transformed into tasty, nourishing meals. The dishes prepared during the class were not only healthy but truly delicious — a clear reminder that caring for our bodies can be both enjoyable and rewarding.
Beyond the food and instruction, the class was a powerful reminder of stewardship. Learning how to grow and prepare wholesome foods aligns with caring for the bodies God has entrusted to us, while also fostering gratitude for His provision through nature.
We are incredibly thankful for:
-
The presenters who shared their knowledge and experience
-
The volunteers who helped make the event run smoothly
-
The prayer warriors who covered the class in prayer
-
Everyone who donated supplies and supported this initiative
If you weren’t able to attend this session, don’t worry — you can still be blessed! A video of the class is available, and we encourage you to watch, learn, and share it with others who may benefit.
Most importantly, this is just the beginning. We look forward to hosting more health-focused, faith-centered events like this in the future. If you missed this one, we encourage you not to miss the next!
Together, we continue growing — in health, in knowledge, and in Christ. 🌱✨
