½–¾ cup water (adjust for thickness)
Instructions

Place soaked cashews in a blender.

Add nutritional yeast, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and salt.

Blend, adding water gradually, until smooth and creamy.

Adjust seasoning and thickness as desired.
